Followup: Ban the dog and her owner are reunited

The dog was found three weeks after the Japanese tsunami, on a mass of floating wreckage on the sea. A Japanese Coast Guard crew rescued the dog, who was skittish over the helicopter. She is definitely happy to be with her owner.
