  • Initiated and oversaw a clinical early literacy program aimed at children six months through five years old; obtained grant money in excess of $35,000.
  • Catalogued the collection using emerging technologies.
  • Created a family resource centre with materials on parenting, medical conditions, and wellness.
  • Updated the collection via $40,000 in grant monies.
  • Interviewed patrons and performed literature searches based on their information needs.
  • Obtained articles via interlibrary loan and participated in free reciprocal consortia, saving the hospital thousands of dollars in fees.
