Born, like other comic book characters, out of an otherwise trivial but life-changing animal bite, the Rabid Librarian seeks out strange, useless facts, raves about real and perceived injustices, and seeks to meet her greatest challenge of all--her own life.

YouTube isn't just for silly videos
They're supporting the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC) by providing a channel devoted to spotlighting missing children around the world. Madeleine McCann, the four-year-old British girl who was taken from an apartment in Portugal in May is featured in one of the videos (embedding is disabled). There are dozens of others to view. I know it's a long shot, but the more these children's faces are put out there, the more likely that someone will recognise them or know what happened to them.
