- It's literary.
- It's large enough and odd enough to attract attention.
- It can be manipulated both at the hands, tentacles, and mouth.
- Little kids have no idea of who Cthulhu is supposed to be. He's just a monster like a Wild Thing or something out of Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.
- He's cheaper than many puppets out there, and better than my other alternative, a tie-dyed sock puppet.
