Born, like other comic book characters, out of an otherwise trivial but life-changing animal bite, the Rabid Librarian seeks out strange, useless facts, raves about real and perceived injustices, and seeks to meet her greatest challenge of all--her own life.

I generally respect the life and dignity of my fellow man
But watching and reading about the death of Osama bin Laden, I have to admit to--satisfaction, and a feeling of justice served. I am very curious as to what the reactions around the world will be, whether terror attacks increase or decrease, what this means in the long run, the impact of this man's death. There has been such a high cost in lives, in resources, and in freedoms to bring us to this day. May tomorrow somehow dawn a better day without such a dangerous mass-murderer and hatemonger in our world.
