Who does yard work at 7:30 in the morning?

Apparently the service our apartment complex hires. They were weed-eating outside my bedroom window awhile ago. Eek! Normally it wouldn't have been an issue, but I was hoping to (slightly) sleep in today since I'm off work. I need to get a CD to the library before 9:30 am, though, as it was due yesterday and that's when they open, so if it's there before then, it's not overdue. :)
