Either

I have overdone it a bit today or sat too long at the computer, or a combination of both, as I feel stiff and sore all over, especially in my foot/ankle, knees, and back/neck. So I think it's time to take some Tylenol. I really find that Advil/ibuprofen works better for those sorts of aches, but apparently NSAIDs inhibit bone growth, so it's Tylenol/acetaminophen for awhile. I think I'll stay up for just a little while longer, give it a chance to kick in, and then head on to bed. PT comes very early tomorrow.
