Apparently
Chair yoga is not for me. I used to do yoga back in the day when I could get up from the floor fairly easier, and I really enjoyed it and found it beneficial. I thought chair yoga would be great, so I went to a library programme, but I didn't think about how much arm work there would be, things like raising the arms above the head and hugging yourself. I have one torn long head on the biceps tendon and the rotator cuff is also torn on the right which was never repaired; on the other side both have been torn in a fall and repaired, but it has been hurti for awhile, so I've been wondering if I should go back to my orthopaedist. I still have range of motion issues on that injured side and probably always will. There's only so much moddification I can do. I did modify the legs a little. I didn't put my lower legs on my thighs, as that does hurt, even after knee replacement, although I can do it briefly. But my back hurts today from doing the twists, and I had to get dog food and cat litter today. Even though the food was 18.5 lbs and the cat litter was 'lightweight' (the torn rotator cuff/biceps tear on the right was from pulling regular cat litter off a shelf, so I'm really careful with that and only use the lightweight, but it's only 10 lbs. difference). So everything kind of hurts today, even with Tylenol.
I'm signed up to do it again next Saturday. I'm thinking maybe not. If I do it, I may stick with books and at home videos where I can modify in peace. I know it's not a competition, but it feels like I'm failing if I don't try to do them as demonstrated in front of other people. And I suffered for that idiocy today.

Well, I made it to work and back today
and I'm pooped. The official snowfall total for Lexington yesterday was 10.2 inches, or the fourth-largest snowfall from midnight to midnight in our history.
I started out this morning from the apartment at 6:40 am, trudged through snowdrifts the two-tenths of a mile to the bus stop, taking great care to cross the road safely (that is the intersection where I was hit by a car while crossing in a crosswalk a couple of years ago, breaking my toes and ankle). I got there about 7:10. The bus was due about 7:16, but it got stuck in the snow over at Locust Hill and Richmond Road, so I sat there until about 7:45, when the next bus came. We went by the stuck bus when we went back up Richmond Road. I got off at my stop, managed to cross the road without too much trouble, but cars were turning into the lane, so I had to go over a drift up to my buttocks, then slog through the sidewalk, which had snow up to right below the knees. Fortunately I'd worn my jeans and had brought a pair of pants to wear at work. I had brought an extra pair of socks, too, but I wish I'd have worn them on top of the others, because my feet really got cold (it was 3 degrees Fahrenheit outside while I was sitting at the bus stop). When I went to go home, I did wear both pairs of pants and socks, and it really helped (it was also in the low twenties temperature-wise by then). But none of the sidewalks had been cleared, and I stood inside a snowdrift at the bus stop at work, so I got home, peeled off the wet clothes, got into something comfy (but not particularly warm, as I was pretty hot with the exertion, the 2-4 layers over my body, and a balaclava that showed just my eyes. My heart rate was probably up there with someone shoveling snow, and my breathing took awhile to settled down.
I had thought I might dig out the car while the sun was still out, but I just didn't feel up to it. Besides, we're supposed to get 1-3 additional inches of snow tonight, so I'd still have to do it tomorrow. I'll just have to get up early. I just hope the roads are better than this morning, as I really need to go by the pharmacy tomorrow after work, which means I have to get to work during the snowfall--and get some gas, too. But I've been home for about an hour and a half, and now I finally feel normal. I've eaten some lentil pilaf and a quinoa burger, along with an apple, and I think I'll do some reading soon. I did do some yoga yesterday, but I'm not feeling the desire to do any tonight. I've done plenty of exercise today, walking 8,036 steps so far today--well, more really, as I didn't have my phone with me every step. But as far as the yoga goes, I struggled through the poses yesterday (I used to be much better at that), but I did watch a segment after the workout on using props to keep proper alignment. So I'll try that, although I have a mat and strap, but only one block.
Brrr...I've been watching the weather. Thursday has air temperatures at a high of 3 degrees, and -12 degrees for a low. I just hope my car battery will work that low.
Okay, I'm going to go take my contacts out, get comfy, and do some reading. Good night, for now.

So about 10:30 this morning
we were sitting just under seven inches of snow. I'm not sure how much is there now, but we were experiencing snowfalls at an inch or two per hour and expect to have snow into the night and into tomorrow. So we're looking at possibly a foot or so. I've been home all day; they're really encouraging people to not head out unless absolutely necessary. I've been communicating with a friend who rides the bus who is at work and should be getting on the bus this very moment, and he's promised to call me when he gets home. I'm glad we were off for Presidents' Day, but tomorrow may be a different story. Plus I really need to get some medicine tomorrow if at all possible. The thing is, it's twelve degrees (that's Fahrenheit) and it's going to plunge down further to about -8 for a low in a couple of mornings. I have about $5 in cash and my car is on empty in terms of gas until I can fill it Thursday after getting paid. So my plan is to get up early tomorrow, check the news and road conditions, then check and make sure the car starts, and if it does, clear it off and try to go into work if the main roads are clear enough, so I can go to the pharmacy. If the roads aren't passable, I'll take some change and take the bus, since there's a stop a little less than a quarter of a mile away from me, and hope to go to the pharmacy on Wednesday. We'll see.
In the meantime, I'm listening to music, reading about bringing balance into your life through yoga and natural foods, and considering taking another nap. I really need to clean up around here, too, but I'm not sure about taking anything out to the Dumpster at this point, at least today.

I just got in from class
and it was a very good one, mainly on problem-solving. I'm enjoying the class very much, and it has good information and suggestions. I have a great deal of empathy for my fellows, many of whom are dealing with crisis situations and have turned to the class to help cope. Because of the Chicago trip, I am unfortunately going to miss the class that is specifically on self-care and coping, which is unfortunate, but I can get the materials the next class, and that should help. We mostly read through the materials in class and then share our viewpoints and experiences, so it's the latter I'll miss.
I tracked my food today, and while I ate more than usual, it came out to be far more than I should have. If I have any hope of flying and buckling my seat belt on the plane, I'd better cut it down in the next month. Besides, my blood sugar, while not horrible now, was much better when I was eating next to nothing. :) I have done a little exercise this week, walking around the inside of the hospital yesterday for fifteen minutes, like someone might walk around the mall. It was too cold to go out. Today would have been better for outside walking, but we're supposed to have snow tonight, and unfortunately I didn't think about taking a break and going out for one today. But when spring comes I definitely wan to do some walking.
I feel like I need to hang from gravity boots in order to stretch my spine out and maybe get it to relax and pop. I'm not really hurting or anything, but I just feel a little stiff. One of my goals on my health tracker (Samsung Health) is to do some yoga this week. I think it is definitely something I should try. I used to be good at it, or at least decent, but that was maybe 50 lbs ago. So we'll see. I have DVDs and then also workouts on the Smart TV that are basic and good for beginners. I think that may be a good start. I love the A.M. Yoga with Rodney Yee DVD (I also have the VHS, but had to replace it when my VCR went out, because I liked it so much.) But that is meant to energise you in the morning and wake you up. So I'm not doing that tonight. P.M. Yoga, which I also have, is good, but there are a lot of lunges if I remember, and it has someone other than Rodney Yee, someone not as soothing in the voice, etc. :) But I think I will break out the yoga mat tonight and try it before I head for bed, and maybe go through some yoga books as well.

Watched TV with a friend tonight
including some episodes of 'Castle' and 'The Big Bang Theory' season premiere, and enjoyed it immensely. The latter show especially causes me to laugh myself silly. So once I got home, I didn't feel like watching any videos or TV, so I'm listening to Big Country's The Seer and relaxing in front of the fan (I was a bit warm).
I found out a nifty thing about my TV. It has a fitness feature where you put in your stats and set up a weight loss plan, and exercise to various videos on the TV, which are free. There were several yoga ones, including beginner's (I'm rusty and not as limber as I used to be, so I should start back up small.) So instead of being a couch potato, it actually has the potential to help with my weight. Now I just need to come up with a plan and make time for them. Most of the videos seem to be about 20 minutes long. It tells you how long and how many calories it will burn for each one. I'm going to try a yoga video tomorrow, and see how I like it.
*Yawn*. I think I'll head to bed early; I need to try to make up some time at work and go in early tomorrow. At least it's Friday, though. I haven't heard from Brenda or the office yet about the colonoscopy. I'll check with her tomorrow and see if we can do it Tuesday. Presumably I'll get the info they sent me from the office tomorrow or Saturday. Fun, fun. Good night.

It occurred to me
that I only had one pair of shorts, and they were denim, and some decent stretchy shorts might be a good thing if I'm planning to go work out (I hate sweatpants as a general rule, and get over-heated in them, unless it's very cold). So...after a trip to Gabriel Brothers, I have three pairs, one black, one grey, and one purple (of course). So, yay. I did call over to Good Foods to see if they had yoga mats still, with no real success, and there used to be some in the natural foods of my Kroger, but alas, no more. I'll take a towel to a class or two and if they don't laugh me out of the place, then I'll just happily use my towel, and if they do, then I'll think about getting a proper mat. I think they're frankly overrated, but I am by no means a yoga expert. I did fine without one in my living room for years, although of course, that was carpeted. We'll see. And there's always Amazon, which I'm sure has plenty of yoga mats and exercise balls as well, some of which are built for my weight. There are a couple of classes I'm interested in that are taught at times I can go: one is a just a basic yoga class, which includes beginners (I have done yoga, but it was in my own house to videos of Rodney Yee), and one called yin yoga, which is all done on the floor and involves stretching the back and pelvis/hips--the two areas giving me fits at the moment. There is an actual introduction to yoga that is good for people with limited mobility, but it's during the day. Apparently the classes that are for the people who are more limited physically are all taught in the daytime because you're assumed to be retired or disabled and not working, which I think is a little unfair. There are plenty of people who could benefit from those classes who work 9-5 or so.
So while the back is doing better, the area around my foot and ankle is now throbbing. I'm going to take this gym thing very slowly, I think, and listen to my joints and muscles. I'll also talk to my doctor on Thursday about my back and weight issues. One of my co-workers suggested a drug that has had some success in combination with another medicine that is supposed to help 'jump-start' weight loss. I'm familiar with the drug she mentioned (she couldn't remember the other it was in combination with). It's an antiseizure medicine called Topomax. I will check it out and ask about it if it looks decent, but I know there's no miracle pill out there. But maybe something to reduce my appetite would be good, if there aren't horrendous side effects. Unfortunately, having just glanced at things, I'm not certain it would be good for me: I already take a similar drug for another condition and also have ocular hypertension that is monitored every six months; topiramate/Topomax can cause a form of glaucoma, which I might be at a higher risk for due to my high eye pressure. So I'm thinking no. But it was good to look into.

It's a start
10 minutes, 2.8 miles, 15 miles an hour, after adjusting the seat and handlebars in such a way that my back and knees didn't hurt like they did before. My butt though, well, I'll have to get used to it. The plan is to get on it every other day (except Sundays), so Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, adding 5 mins per day. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, the plan is to start the day out with yoga. And I'd like to add walking in there as well, now that my feet are doing better, and if that makes them worse, start doing both yoga and biking each day other than Sunday. Think that isn't too ambitious?

Oh, good Lord
Yoga Instructor at Facebook Fired After Employee Disrupts Class Using Cell Phone
Alice Van Ness, 35, has been teaching yoga since 2006. As a courtesy, as class begins she says she politely asks students to turn off their phones. But while teaching at the Facebook Fitness Center last month, the northern California native said one student -- who she says had been texting at the beginning of class – began using her phone while she was demonstrating the difficult half moon pose.
"When she picked up her phone, I was surprised," Van Ness told ABC News. "I didn't know what to say. I just looked at her with this look of utter disbelief. Like, 'Really? You're going to do that right now?'"
That look of disapproval cost Van Ness her job with Plus One Health Management, the company that operates the gym out of Facebook's Menlo Park, Calif., offices. Two weeks after the incident, Van Ness was dismissed by the company
- I can't believe that anyone would answer their phone or text during what is supposed to be a meditative practice.
- If you can't turn your phone off for a few minutes, you have no business even taking yoga.
- What a whigny, self-absorbed thing it is to complain about being humiliated when your own bad behaviour led to a surprised, disapproving look and a pause in class--the class your phone interrupted.
- I hope this instructor finds students who appreciate the value of yoga.
- If the student was really that embarrassed, she should have taken it up with the instructor rather than running to the company.
- I really wish I could sic YKWIA on the student. She needs to learn what humiliation really is.

I feel rather blah tonight
I came home with quite a bit of energy--despite a long week--having not taken the bus home but rather getting a ride, and straightened up the living room while talking to a friend on the phone for some time. But my ankle is a little swollen and hurts where I turned it yesterday, and I'm aching a bit all over, which I expect is from the oncoming rain and low pressure with a drop of temperatures expected this weekend. Any time a cool front comes in I feel achy about 24-48 hours out. If I'm up and moving I'm usually okay. But sitting here, well, not so much.
So even though it's barely 10 pm I'm closing up shop for the night. I recorded both 'Grimm' and 'Supernatural' (the latter guest-starring Felicia Day) and wanted to watch one tonight, but that is not to be. And I'm putting off the game notes, I know, which means I'll be doing them tomorrow, probably after I get back from a friend's house. I'm taking him some creamer and a glue stick and then spending some time over there. But I'm just not up to it tonight.
So, good night. I'm going to take my medicine and head to bed. My abdomen's itching and I'm a little splotchy--I hope that doesn't mean I'm developing a sensitivity to one of the insulins; I did that with Apidra when I first went on it, and that's why I'm on Novolog instead. It could just be dry skin. My hands were terribly dry and I put some of that orange ginger lotion on them, which has a very comforting smell and is very soothing. I'd put another kind on earlier and I guess that didn't do it. Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow--it usually passes once the front gets here. The goal is to get up and do yoga in the morning, which will help as well.

Well, phooey
I actually got up early enough to practice yoga, but my tape refused to stay in the VCR. I don't know if it's a tape or VCR issue, as the VCR was second-hand and is mostly hooked up so I can see DVDs through my TV.
Making a note to self that when I get a little money, let's get these:
A.M. and P.M. Yoga (2000)
A.M. Yoga for Your Week
Hmm...it's been awhile, but I think I remember the routine well enough, although it's better with the music and Rodney's voice. Plus I have a little yoga program on my Kindle. I'll go do it anyway.
Namaste.

Productivity
Yesterday was a rare Thursday that I was off from both the store and my normal after-work activities, so I:
Today I'm up early to work on some notes. I went to do yoga and discovered that it may be time to replace my old VHS A.M. Yoga with Rodney Yee; the tape came out of the cassette and although I wound it back, the machine won't rewind it now. Fortunately it's on DVD. But I went ahead and put on some meditative music and went through the routine anyway; I've done it enough I remember it pretty well.
At work I need to distribute my needs assessment, print out some surveys, shelve the books and journals, and then whatever else comes up. I'm ahead on my time quite a bit (I haven't really been eating lunch much, so I haven't been taking the time off), so I can leave about 1:15, which is good because I have some errands to run with a friend.
I also need to work on some garden plans later today because I promised I'd have them ready by Sunday. I hope I still have the yard measurements; it's pretty muddy out there right now.
Well, it's getting light. I should start on things. Here's to getting rest the other day, for it is the foundation of productivity. :)
PS Woo-hoo! I do have the measurements!
- Paid my rent.
- Made the bed.
- Worked at the hospital.
- Went to the pharmacy to get something to counteract one of the main side effects of Strattera. Funny how multivitamins or calcium pills aren't covered under flexible spending accounts, but fiber tablets plus those things are.
- Basked in the sunbeam that was in my living room like a cat.
- Gathered and took all the trash out.
- Washed dishes. Twice. My dishwasher has a few issues.
- Straightened up the house. I still had papers out from looking for the W-2s and things had gotten just a little messy from being sick and then busy.
- Re-potted plants from work using soil from the dead Yule tree.
- Fed and watched fish.
- Did some errands.
- Watched the first episode of 'Heroes' that I missed last week.
- Got A from work.
- Went to bed early knowing I'd done a great job and feeling a little more secure about things, since I'll have a roof over my head again.

Sorry it's been awhile
Saturday was a 10-hour workday, plus notes to do; I managed to fall out of a chair onto a concrete floor for a big ouchy. I leaned over to pick up a fallen quarter and the thing rolled right out from under me. I am such a klutz.
Sunday was the game, where we're starting a new campaign in sunny Tonga. ('Campaign' is a word players in Call of Cthulhu dread. It means an intensive adventure, often spanning several chapters and locales. The Antarctic adventure of which I've written was the Campaign from Hell, a full inch or more in terms of book width. This one is much smaller, but that doesn't mean it's less sinister.)
Monday--well, I don't remember much of Monday. I know I felt very lethargic through most of the day and ate peanut butter and spreadable fruit sandwiches and then macaroni and cheese in the evening. Of course there was Heroes! (Yay, and a good episode!) YKWIA and I also worked on a project to do with the game, read more of Lumley (one chapter and an epilogue to go!) and I did some stuff around his house. By the time I got home I really just wanted to go on to bed.
I meant to get up early this morning and blog but failed and was just about to rise at 9:30 when the doorbell rang. I struggled into some clothes and let in the maintenance man who had come to (yet again attempt to) fix the leak in my tub faucet. Apparently they had a new washer to try. This meant that I didn't get a chance to shower (although I did manage to brush my teeth in the kitchen.) Of course, I could have asked him to come back in half an hour, but I didn't.
Today they had a free steak dinner at work for the employees. Of course, I didn't have the steak, or the green beans (which had ham), but there was salad, baked potatoes, and blackberry cobbler to be had. In the (long) line to get in, my mom called. Being a tad bit psychic she called to check up on me on the very day I was going to call her to help with a situation I'm in (I need to borrow some money for my rent). So I stepped out of line and went back to the library to talk with her (and my grandmother), and then went back and got some lunch.
I worked at the store tonight and it went smoothly. I really like the substitute manager who's filling in for my boss, who is finally on vacation. I'm working Monday--no Heroes! :(--but I'm hoping that I'll be off on Thanksgiving so I can go to Danville and visit my family.
Well, that's all for now. I'm going to go on to bed, I think, with hopes once again to get up a little earlier, maybe do some yoga. I need to do a few dishes, although I've been faithfully making the bed. And I have clean laundry to fold as well.
Good night.
I do feel much better today
So maybe it was just some sort of allergy/sinus thing. I also did yoga this morning. Oh, Gods, I am so out of practice! I have nowhere near the flexibility I used to have. I don't think my weight is different; I just didn't stretch enough for far too long. So I'll have to build up to better results. I also had a lot of breathing issues, but then I've had trouble breathing normally for several days now due to the congestion in my head. The good thing is my sense of smell came back suddenly this evening at work, but the bad was that it was oversensitive. I could smell cigarette smoke even with small traces and the mustiness of the boxes I was working with.
Anyway, here's to feeling better. Cheers.

I'm sniffly, sneezy, achy, and although I don't think I'm quite ready for Nyquil
I think I must admit to myself that I'm not just having allergy or sinus issues or reacting to the cold and rain, but rather that I have a light cold. I've had congestion for about a week. Now I'm sneezing and my throat's getting scratchy. I just hope it stays in my head and doesn't migrate to my chest and doesn't worsen. I'm starting to cough, so that may be a vain hope. All I know is I feel as the saying goes like I've been hit by a Mack truck--indeed I feel almost flattened. Sleeping helps, but I have too much to do to sleep everything away. Using the CPAP clears out my sinuses briefly, too, but again, that would mean just sleeping a lot. Which if it gets worse I'll consider, I suppose. At least it's been a long time since I've been sick--and the symptoms so far are pretty light. I haven't had to resort to medicine, yet, but that may be in the cards tomorrow.
This afternoon I came home from work early (I was ahead on my time) and slept between jobs, which helped, but I was virtually useless at either one. Tomorrow I work from 10 am-10 pm between the two, and it's truck night, so I have to be able to keep it together.
I'm going on to bed. I'm going to try to wake up early to do a few things. And maybe the aches will be helped by a little yoga, now that I have space to do it. :)

It was a good day, overall
and much better than yesterday. Last night when I worked at the store, the other CSR (customer service representative, our official title, meaning clerk, really) did not call or show up for work, so I was alone with a fair amount of traffic in terms of customers served. I was also pre-menstrual (I know, too much information), and I guess I was having a bit of anxiety over working alone at night (I do it normally on Saturdays for a couple of hours during the day, but it seems a little more menacing at night, like I've got a big target on my head that says, 'rob me!') Anyway, this guy came in and somewhat crudely explained he had to go to the bathroom and it needed cleaning, with the ladies' room occupied, so I cleaned it and then once he was inside just started crying. Not bawling, but visibly upset. I guess it was a combination of hormones, anxiety, not having taken my meds yet that day, and his manner as a trigger. A couple of customers who were regulars were very kind as I tried to hold it together, and when the guy came out he saw me crying and hugged me. Gods, I'm so embarrassed, but at least it's in the past. Turns out my co-worker apparently got caught in court until late (I don't know why) and then on the Interstate coming back her car caught on fire and her cell had no signal.
Today was much better. I spent most of my day at the library working on some details for a grant we're writing that will hopefully pay for updates to the library and family resource centre as well as electronic resources. Then I picked up some meds from the pharmacy, came home, took a 20-minute nap, and headed to work at the station. The girl did come in today, and it wasn't that busy. Customers are generally happy because gas is $2.81 a gallon. Would you have imagined we'd be happy about that ten years ago?
Then it was over to a friend's to read some Lumley. Now I'm home and I've gone through lots of stories in my news reader. I think I should head for bed. I want to get up a little earlier tomorrow and do some straightening up and clearing the living room floor of boxes of books so I can start yoga. I went to the clinic which has been treating the pain in my elbow and I told the doctor it has mostly resolved. Since much of it seems to be postural, they are really recommending yoga, and it is one activity I really enjoy. I have a tape I especially like, called AM Yoga, with Rodney Yee. Anyway, I thought I'd give it a try. And if I don't wake up early enough in the morning, there are a couple of hours between jobs tomorrow. Good night.

You know, it's harder than you might think to wrap a toe in a Band-Aid
Listening to: 'I'm Not that Girl' from Wicked
Especially if you have stubby, unagile toes like I do. They don't like to separate.
In other personal medical news, assuming you care, I'm out of the wrist brace except for lifting. Dr Favetto saw me this time, and he said that a lot of the trouble with the elbow tendon actually stems from my shoulders and posture. He wants me to go to physical therapy and get back into yoga. I was virtually prescribed to go to the gym, since most people don't exercise well at home. He thinks that will help with the various joint pain and the fibromyalgia that I rarely think about but which is always in the background (I don't do acute pain well, but as far as chronic pain goes, I'm a trooper).
I checked and if I go to the downtown gym (not as close to me as Palumbo, but close to work) on Mondays or Wednesdays, I could take an 'urban yoga' class. (The downtown gym also provides towels and all sorts of amenities). :) And of course I do have my Rodney Yee morning yoga tape, which I'm pretty decent at doing once I get into the groove of getting up earlier. I'll have to move some book boxes out of the living room, but I need to do that anyway.
The only trouble with yoga class or physical therapy is that I'm working 34 hours at the store this coming week, for a total of 54 hours. Mostly it's at 3 pm, a half hour after I get off at the hospital, going to 10 pm or so. I may take off a couple of days at the hospital for some other appointments and work the physical therapy in then; I'm not sure yet. We'll see how I do. I've been abysmal at going to the gym and I really don't have one to go with for motivation.
PS I think my keyboard is not sensitive enough or something; it keeps skipping over letters when I push the keys. It's not very old. Oh, well. I just have to remember to go back and read over what I write.

Woo hoo! Woo hoo!
I came back to my apartment to get my shirt for work and lo! there was a flexible spending debit card from Ceridian. This means I can go back to my sessions with my counselor and even more importantly, get my full stock of medications, since I've been limping on the bare minimum the last month. I was actually down to samples of Lamictal and Abilify, and I've been out of everything else except for an old metformin prescription. I don't plan on going back on Avandia, though; the case against it concerning heart attacks just keeps mounting. If the Janumet doesn't do enough for my diabetes, then I'll ask for Actos. But I'd rather just start getting a little exercise and keeping my sweet and starch intake within reason and see what happens rather than add yet another pill.
I am debating about going on to the gym. I stayed late at work today since I have to leave early for an appointment and ate some tuna when I got in. I have to be at work at five. What I may do instead is spend some time on the exercise bike my grandmother loaned me and then start with the gym tomorrow. :)
I did make up a schedule for the upcoming week of what I'd like to get accomplished at work (I'm going to have a large shelving unit moved a few inches to allow for room between the cubicles and the unit...so I have to compact old journals, take off the ones that are on it at the moment, have maintenance take the units apart, move them, put them back together, and then I need to put the journals back in, making room to take some from the other unit so that things are more evenly distributed and there's room for new issues all around.) I also want to go to the gym each weekday if possible. There's my notes. I've also worked in a couple of small painting projects and some cleaning, both at my place and another's. And if I can just get up by 8 I have time for yoga, too. We'll see. It doesn't give me much free time, but I didn't have much to begin with; I just rearranged what I was planning to do anyway.
