...let me just give a quick yay! regarding the defeat of the latest bid to pass an amendment to Kentucky's constitution banning same-sex marriage.
I wish people would stop trying to legislate this subject by mucking with a constitution. Constitutions are documents that help protect citizen rights; they shouldn't be used to discriminate.
