What possesses someone to go up to a homeless man in a wheelchair who is minding his own business, light a Molotov cocktail, throw it at him, and then, when he rolls forward to escape the inferno you created, you push him back into the flames? This happened the other day in Oklahoma City. Fortunately, it was near a police station and passersby, including officers, rushed to his aid and subdued the suspect, who has a long rap sheet.
