Quickest tech support ever

Thanks to the people at Real Arcade...in the midst of the computer crashing and the several times I had to reload the system, I lost my Monopoly game, and apparently downloaded it too many times. I was on the phone for less than two minutes and they had it reset and ready to download. Thanks, guys. That was spiffy.
